Home Sale
Our team will schedule a home visit with you to discuss how you would like to sell your home, preparing your home for sale, expected timelines for sale, and more. Questions we’ll help you answer during this phase include:
- Would you prefer to sell your home through a traditional market listing, to an investor, or through another method?
- How long can you expect your home sale to take based on the current market?
- What, if any, updates or repairs do you need to do to prepare your home for sale?
- What will the marketing strategy for selling your home be?
- Do you want to sell your home and move at the same time, or would you prefer to move first and then sell?
Move
We will meet with you to discuss all the pieces of your move, from timing to logistics to communication. We will even help you determine which furniture you’d like to take and provide you with a custom floor plan for arranging it in your new space. Questions we’ll help you answer during this phase include:
- What is your target move date?
- Which belongings need to be moved, donated, and disposed of?
- How will my furniture fit my new space, and how should I arrange it?
- Are you moving to a new house, or to a senior living community?
- What family members would you like us to communicate with during the move?
Home Sale
Our experienced, SRES certified real estate professionals will begin preparing your home for sale by coordinating handyman services, determining ways to market your home to potential buyers or connect you with an investor, staging your home in preparation for showings, and any other steps needed to prepare your home for sale
Move
We’ll take care of preparing for every part of your move, from creating a custom floor plan for arranging your furniture in your new space, to scheduling packers and movers, to communicating with your senior living community, to coordinating with your family’s schedule to make sure everything goes smoothly come moving day
Home sale
Our realty experts will market and show your home to potential buyers, coordinating with you and your family every step of the way to ensure that showings are safely and conveniently conducted and that you get the best price possible
Move
A few days to a week ahead of your scheduled move, our team will call you to confirm your moving day, make sure you have all relevant contact information, and answer any final questions you have about what your moving day will entail
Home sale
After finding a buyer for your home, our team will ensure you get a fair market price and help to finalize the full sale
Move
On the day of your move, our team will be there to guide you and your family from beginning to end. We will communicate with family members throughout the move, make sure that your belongings arrive and are moved into your new home safely, coordinate with your senior living community, ensure that any items being donated arrive at their destination, unpack boxes, help you set up your new space exactly how you’d like, and answer any questions
A day or two after your moving day, our team will reach out to answer any additional questions and make sure that you are settling into your new home comfortably.
