The planning process includes which of our three selling options best suits you, as well as the different moving options and what your timeline is like.
Then we move on to the coordination. Our team of professional and expert SRES real estate agents will begin preparing you and the home for the sale. Then we start preparing and taking care of every part of the move itself. We even start drawing up floor plans so that your new home will take on the look of your family home to make the transition that much easier for you.
Next is the selling and pre-move. Our realty specialists will begin showing your house to potential buyers, making sure to coordinate and check in with you every step of the way. Then a few days to a week before the big move our team will reach out to confirm the moving date, make sure you have everything you need, and if you have any other questions or concerns.
Finally, we have the sale of your home and moving day. Our team will make sure that you get a fair market price for your home and help finalize everything for you. Our team will be right there with you on moving day guiding you and your family every step of the way. Then after a day or so after the move, we will reach out to make sure everything is ok and that you’re settling in alright.
