Figure Out Your Needs – Once you give us a call we assign you your very own Senior Real Estate Specialist. They will sit down with you and your loved ones to discuss exactly what you need and want.
Making a Plan – Once we’ve assessed your needs we then start to come up with a plan of action. Each person is different so your plan is uniquely and specifically created for you.
Execution – Once everyone has agreed to and is comfortable with the plan of action it’s time to execute the plan. We will give you realistic timelines and work within them.
Once we’ve come up with a plan we can get the ball rolling. If you need we have staff that will help you pack, move your things to your new home, and even unpack your boxes for you. Because you’re moving into a smaller space you’ll probably have some things that won’t be able to go with you. We’ll help move those things, as well, and take them wherever you want them to go. If you don’t have a new home for them we work with a few companies who accept gently used things to help people in need, that you could donate it to.
We’re more than just a moving and downsizing service company. If you need, we will also help sell your home.
